As a Producer at Netflix Animation Studio, I worked on the development of 2D and 3D animated shows for the Seuss Library Project. I drafted development schedules for each show, with consideration for staff and resource overlap. I outlined artist crew staffing needs for development projects as well as the first 2D Seuss Series "Red Fish Blue Fish". In addition, for "Red Fish Blue Fish", I created a series production schedule with supporting scope and assumptions documents, planned and executed a test animatic production, and broke down development scripts to facilitate partner studio bidding. Once a partner studio was identified, I provided the production planning information to help them draft their own studio animation schedule for bidding and approval.
